Jaymii Liehr, Founding Partner

Life long artist, former interior designer turned event producer, Jaymii Liehr has over 20 years in retail, design, and business management and over a decade of experience in the production and planning of events, festivals, and conferences. She is also the co-founder of Samadhi Productions, an Asheville based production company who facilitates holistic workshops and wellness retreats both in the US and abroad.

She has worked with a number of esteemed organizations and personalities including Naropa University, Yoga Journal, ABC Carpet & Home, Omega Institute, AC Entertainment, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Jane Fonda, Michael Moore, Robert F Kennedy Jr., John Perkins, Krishna Das, and Christopher Reeves.

Her areas of expertise include: artistic & creative direction, event production/planning and event management, vendor/artist/talent acquisition/installation and management, contract negotiation, client management, volunteer management, business development, and administrative operations.

From the beaches of Florida, Jaymii has recently moved back to the mountains of Asheville and is settling into the West Side with her 2 year old Plott Hound/Boxer mix. She returns to FL frequently to see friends, family, and clients.

Leah Howard, LMBT has over 11 years experience in the customer service, hospitality, and event industries. She is the owner of a local advertising company and Serenity Wellness, a thriving day spa in east Asheville.

An Asheville native and curator of all things contemporary, Leah has a keen eye for the design and detail elements necessary for producing awe-inspiring weddings and events. With her entrepreneurial spirit and diverse background, Leah has the knowledge and understanding to help any business succeed. Her areas of expertise include: wedding planning, hospitality, and spa management.

Leah lives on the outskirts of Asheville with her husband Taylor, son Hawkins, 5 canine children, and a rabbit. She loves nature and enjoys the peace of the mountains.

Ghayas Ur Rehman, Web Developer

With a computer science master's degree of distinction, Ghayas Ur Rehman has been developing websites for over 6 years. He is CEO of 3i Systems and has been working with us since 2010. Due to Ghayas' sweet demeanor, professional ethics, ease of communication, and quick turn around time, we have partnerned with him for our website development needs and look forward to many more years of success.

Ghayas lives in Karachi, Pakistan with his family; loves to eat good food, walk on grass, and plans to spend his later years in the nothern areas of Pakistan.

Event Collective

For events and large-scale productions, we call on our event collective. We have worked together in numerous and varied venues for over ten years and our combined experience represents well over fifty years in the industry.

Individually, we all possess expertise in all stages of event production from planning through delivery. We have produced events and collaborated on projects with notable organizations and individuals such as Waterkeeper Alliance, TED, GATE, South by Southwest, Terrapin Presents, Al Gore, Alex & Allison Grey, Bobby McFerrin, George Clinton, Lucinda Williams, and STS9 to name a few.

In addition to our team having vast experience in all technical aspects of event delivery including AV and live streaming video, we also have professional backgrounds in the performing arts of theatre, dance, music, voice, and film. In this, we differ from other event teams by our ability to offer a level of awareness which non-performers do not possess. We bring an artistic, as well as a technical eye to the planning and production of every event.
