Kelsey Armbruster, RYT is a recent UNCA graduate with a BS in Health & Wellness Promotion. Yogini and founder of Innercise Yoga, Kelsey is vibrant, joyful, and passionate about sharing her practice with the world to improve and motivate the health and growth of others.

This yogini is going to change the world; one asana at a time. She’s got vision and we’ve got the business expertise to help her get there. We provide Kelsey with complimentary marketing consultation and graphic design services. Kelsey provides us with laughter and inspiration. We’re excited to be part of her process and wish her much success.
